The SkyWatcher Explorer 150/750P Newtonian telescope is a great choice for those looking for a very good quality mirror telescope at a very affordable price, and for almost any observation purpose. The precision-machined 150 mm diameter dish reveals many details of the beauty of the sky. Thanks to its large field of view, more extensive deep sky objects (star clusters, nebulae) can be comfortably observed. Using high magnification, you can also study the surface of the Moon in detail, but also see the surface details of the planets.

Wide range of accessories and magnifications
The 25 mm and 10 mm eyepieces in the basic kit provide magnifications of 30x and 75x. The barlow lens in the basic kit multiplies these magnifications, giving additional magnifications of 45x, 60x, 112x, 150x. A 2" Crayford focuser allows fine focusing for both visual and photographic observation. A 6x30 crosshair finder scope makes it easy to locate objects.

Best Choice for Beginning Astrophotographers
Those looking for the best priced telescope tube for photographing large deep-sky objects will not find a better value than the SkyWatcher Explorer 150/750P. The high brightness promises quick success, and the 2" focuser allows you to accept the optional coma corrector for spot-on imaging in the corners.

Equatorial mounts with EQ-3 (bottom foot) provide basic stability and precision. In the longer term, the EQ-5 mount is a better choice, making the telescope more comfortable to use, but also more advantageous for photography. Both versions are of course equipped with fine adjustment, single or twin motor, but can also be upgraded with computer (GoTo) control. The eyepiece tray can be fitted with a wide range of accessories, including the eyepiece body.
