The SkyWatcher 90/1250 MC optical tube houses surprisingly good optics and, thanks to its long 1250 mm focal length, can easily achieve magnifications of up to 200x with optional eyepieces. At this magnification, you can study the Moon’s surface features in detail or observe Saturn and its magnificent rings. The compact optical tube, measuring less than 30 cm in length, and the lightweight mount make the instrument easy to transport, allowing you to take it almost anywhere.
Depending on the configuration, it can easily be mounted on a photo tripod or an astronomical mount for even more enjoyable use. The telescope comes with 25 mm and 10 mm Super Barium eyepieces, providing 50x and 125x magnification. A Starpointer makes it easier to locate celestial objects, while a mirror diagonal ensures comfortable viewing. As the telescope produces an upright image, albeit laterally reversed, it can also be used for nature observation.
Thanks to the T2 thread at the end of the optical tube and the option to attach it to a photo tripod, it can also be used as a telephoto lens. It can be mounted on astronomical mounts using a Vixen-style dovetail bar.
