The 150mm diameter Makasutov-Cassegrain optics of the SkyWatcher SkyMax 150/1800 MC telescope give a surprisingly sharp, contrasty image, allowing you to spot Jupiter's Great Red Spot or the famous Cassini's Rift in Saturn's ring. It also reveals many galaxies, but it can also be used to resolve many star clusters.
The telescope is equipped with a 2" focuser, which provides a larger field of view than is usual for a Makasutov-Cassegrain telescope.
