In the world of conventional binoculars, models without image stabilizers above 10x magnification are increasingly difficult to hold without hand tremors. Thanks to the 14x magnification of the Opticron Imagic IS binoculars, the image seen is richer in detail than the 12x model, thanks to its two-axis stabilizer system, but it remains steady, but remember that the lower magnification models give a clearer image. The telescope's 2.9 m close-up focus makes it possible to observe the tiny wonders of nature without disturbing their behaviour with our proximity, allowing us to study the behaviour of insects, snakes, lizards and birds for longer periods of time.
The small size of the telescope is due to the prismatic design of its roof edge. Its length of just 15 cm makes it practical to carry and it weighs just over half a kilo (538 g).
