The Kowa Prominar TSN 88A (45° angled) spotting scope delivers outstanding optical performance even in twilight and poor lighting conditions, maintaining high quality at greater magnifications. It is an ideal choice for birdwatchers, gamekeepers, hunters, sports shooters, or any discerning nature enthusiast.
Thanks to its 88 mm diameter front lens, it allows for easy examination of distant targets and observation of finer details. The included Kowa TE-11WZ zoom eyepiece provides 25-60x magnification, which can be quickly attached or removed using the bayonet mount.
All lens elements and the prism of the spotting scope are multi-coated, resulting in images that are more contrast-rich, exceptionally beautiful, and bright, with subtle shade differences being more easily recognizable. The spotting scope, containing an XD lens (fluorite crystal), offers virtually color error-free (chromatic aberration-free) imaging. Its dual-speed focusing mechanism allows for very precise focusing.
The Kowa Prominar TSN 88A spotting scope is filled with nitrogen gas to prevent internal fogging, even with rapidly changing temperatures, and can be submerged in water for a few seconds. Its robust magnesium body makes it durable, and the rubberized surface provides a secure grip for the user. The use of the spotting scope is greatly facilitated by the rotatable objective ring, and it can be quickly mounted on a tripod using the built-in tripod adapter at the bottom.
