The two-way FLUID (fluid damped) head Manfrotto MK290-XTRA is the ideal companion for spectra under 85 mm in diameter. Thanks to the fluid damping, the tripod head can be adjusted very smoothly so that the position of the spectra does not change and the image is not altered when the movement is completed. The all-metal tripod and head assembly is both rugged and has a wide range of adjustment options, yet is easy to carry. When folded, it is only 69.5 cm long. Its working height can be adjusted from 40.5 to 169.5 cm, with the centre column lowered to a maximum of 146 cm. It has a load capacity of 5 kg and weighs only 2.56 kg.
