The touchscreen menu allows you to easily and conveniently customize your settings. You can change the magnification and sharpness of the image, and there are countless other options. Easily take a picture or record a video with just one touch. But not only can you watch the world under the microscope on its LCD display, you can also easily display it on a monitor or even a TV with its HDMI output.
Interchangeable, DIN standard objectives are available in 4× 10× 40× 60× magnification, but you can also purchase up to 100× oil immersion objectives in the future. Both the 40x and 60x have spring-loaded designs, which preserve the integrity of the specimen and objective even in untrained handling

The microscope's 16-megapixel camera, manufactured by SONY , captures images with a resolution of 4608 x 3456 pixels, which can be stored on a removable SD/SDHC card with up to 32 Gb. (The card is not included in the package, so we do not recommend using the microscope without it.) But you can also capture FullHD motion pictures as well as still images. The image and movie files can be copied to a computer using the USB cable included in the package. Video can be captured at 60 frames per second at 1280 x 720 pixel resolution and 30 frames per second at 1920 x 1080 pixel resolution, allowing you to capture finer details even with moving samples.
For the Bresser Researcher LCD microscope, precision movement of specimens is facilitated by the scope stage fine adjustment. The scale on the slide also allows the amount of displacement to be read off. The focus adjustment is optimised for high magnifications and is single-speed . The brightness of the LED light source is adjustable with a potentiometer. The Abbe condenser can be moved up/down to allow precise illumination adjustment. Of course, the diameter of the light compartment is also adjustable, as well as the focus. All these features allow the use of the Koehler illumination method. The condenser is equipped with a filter holder, into which you can insert the bluish-purple filter supplied.
