The Armytek Predator Pro Magnet USB tactical/hunting flashlight is available either as a set or as a standalone flashlight. For hunting use, purchasing the set is recommended, as the tactical remote switch and magnetic mount are primarily designed for hunting applications. However, for law enforcement, security work, or other outdoor hobbies/sports, purchasing the flashlight alone may be sufficient, as certain accessories, such as colour filters, can also be purchased separately later.
The Armytek Predator Pro Magnet USB flashlight was specifically designed for hunting and tactical requirements and demanding use, as long range and a narrow beam are essential for precise aiming with hunting flashlights. Other key criteria include low weight, a non-slip knurled grip, long runtime, and a tactical tail switch that allows safe operation even while wearing gloves. The switch can also be replaced with a remote switch, which is particularly useful for hunting; however, unlike older models, there is no need to remove the switch, as the magnetic remote switch or charging connector attaches directly to the tail switch, similarly to the magnetic charger. This solution ensures much faster deployment!
The Armytek Predator Pro Magnet USB range is fully compatible with Armytek colour filter attachments and magnetic mounts; however, the new Magnet USB tail cap has been designed for a new charging cable (AMC-03) and magnetic remote switch (MRS-01). Thanks to its higher output, the new charger charges the battery in the flashlight extremely quickly.
The manufacturer has also paid attention to seemingly minor yet important details, such as the matte black titanium coating on the belt clip and the strike bezel at the front of the flashlight, preventing any reflections from external light hitting the flashlight body from the side.
The white-light 1500-lumen LED delivers extremely high output, illuminating distances of up to 501 m with a single 18650 battery. Thanks to its 6 operating modes, brightness can be adjusted across multiple levels using the single switch located at the end of the flashlight. A strobe function is also available for disorienting or temporarily blinding an opponent. Its optics provide a very narrow 5° spot beam, while the wider 40° flood beam also illuminates the surrounding area. It is powered by a single 18650 rechargeable battery, included in the set.
The highest level of water, dust, and impact resistance is no coincidence with hunting flashlights. When switched on, the flashlight operates at the last-used brightness level. The advanced electronics of the Armytek Predator Pro control internal heat build-up during operation. Before the power source is depleted, the flashlight gradually reduces its output in several stages, then switches to emergency light mode, preventing sudden shutdown.
