The Svbony SV226 (M54) Drawer Filter Holder Kit includes almost everything needed for the convenient use of filters. It is especially recommended for amateur astronomers who frequently set up their equipment outdoors, as well as for astrophotographers working with color cameras under urban skies.
If only one or two filters are used, a large, heavy filter wheel is not necessarily required – with this kit, filters can be changed quickly and easily. The filter drawer requires only 20 mm of optical path.
The holder can be connected on both the camera and telescope sides with an M54 internal thread, or it can be adapted to an M48 thread using the included M54–M48 adapter. The filter drawer is secured by a strong magnetic lock, allowing safe changes even in the dark and holding the filter securely. The aluminum alloy housing, machined with CNC technology, is designed to prevent light leakage alongside the drawer.
