If lost or damaged, the Celestron Rubber Eyecup for Acuter Spotting Scopes can be replaced.
This rubber eyecup is compatible with the zoom eyepieces of Celestron Ultima and Acuter 65, 80 and 100 spotting scopes, as well as Celestron 8–24 mm zoom eyepieces designed for astronomical use. It fits the T2 thread of the eyepiece and provides comfortable viewing while blocking distracting stray light from the sides. The rubber eyecup can be easily removed so that a camera can be quickly attached to T2-ended eyepieces using an adapter. Unfortunately, this also makes it easy to lose—but the good news is that it can be replaced!
