Opticron MM3 zoom eyepiece

The wide range (3x zoom) variable magnification allows for true all-purpose use, whether it's scanning the surrounding landscape at low magnification or observing the feathers of a bird resting on a distant tree branch at close magnification. The high quality you expect from Opticron ensures that this eyepiece will stand its ground in all fields of observation.

Comfort of use was a key consideration in the design of the MM3 eyepiece. You don't have to squeeze your eyes into this eyepiece, as it has an eye relief of between 14 and 17 mm. The viewing distance is large enough over the entire zoom range to allow even observers with glasses to see the entire field of view at high magnifications. The large 21.5 mm objective lens ensures that even longer observations will not tire the eyes. And the flip-and-slide eyecup lets you adjust the viewing distance to your preferred viewing distance in seconds. The eyepiece is 69 mm long.
