The Aculon series inherits the excellent performance of the popular Action series: light-rich image, sharp imaging, affordable price. On top of all this, the new aspherical lens in the Aculon's viewfinder scope drastically reduces image distortion at the edge of the field of view. The viewing distance is very long, and the foldable eyecup allows you to adjust the finder scope to an ideal position with or without glasses, giving you the advantage of being able to look inside comfortably.
12x magnification brings objects "closer" compared to the average finder scope. Efficient multi-layer anti-reflection coatings and prisms made of BAK4 glass material, also used in more expensive finder scopes, give a sharp, contrasty image. The new Aculon narrow design of the finder scope tubes is surprisingly comfortable to hold, allowing long, comfortable use. The rubber-coated housing provides a stable grip and reduces jarring.
A canvas carrying case, wide neck strap and lens protection caps are part of the standard package. It can also be mounted on a tripod using a separately available adapter.
