The Newton secondary mirror heater, as its name suggests, protects Newtonian telescopes against dew forming on the secondary mirror.
It can be powered via an RCA connector and connected to a 12 V system. It delivers 2 watts of heat output. The cable is 380 mm long.
The outer oval dimensions are 76 × 105 mm, while the inner dimensions are 46 × 70 mm.
It can be attached using silicone, adhesive, or double-sided adhesive tape (none included).
