With a little experience, you will realise that the maximum capabilities of your telescope can only be achieved by precise adjustment of the optical elements, known as collimation or alignment.

The collimation of Newtonian telescopes (including Dobsonian) should be checked after delivery and, if necessary, the misaligned main and/or secondary mirrors should be corrected. If you are having trouble with the alignment, we will adjust your Newtonian telescope delivered to our shop accurately by choosing our collimation service, however, it may become misaligned again due to shipping.
