The Hikmicro Neos NE25 thermal imaging riflescope is an affordable, versatile and durable device. Thanks to its high sensitivity, it can detect a 1.7 m tall human-sized target at distances of up to 1,200 metres.
The riflescope's compact, lightweight design and 3.5x base magnification make it suitable for both open terrain and stalking. Magnification can be digitally increased up to 24.5x.
This thermal imaging riflescope also features the familiar design of conventional riflescopes. Its 30 mm tube is compatible with commonly used mounts and does not require special model-specific mounting solutions.
The riflescope is easy to learn and its controls are conveniently positioned. Its IP67 rating ensures reliable performance even in harsh weather conditions. The manufacturer rates the product's recoil resistance at 6,000 joules. The device's HSIS (Hikmicro Shutterless Image System) technology performs automatic software calibration of the sensor silently and without moving parts, ensuring a smooth, uninterrupted image.
The device is powered by a built-in battery and a replaceable 18650 battery. The built-in battery can be charged inside the device, while the replaceable battery requires a separate battery charger. During use, the riflescope first uses the replaceable battery, then switches to the built-in battery when it is depleted. When fully charged, it provides up to 9 hours of operation.
The basic package includes a battery charger, but no power adapter is supplied. Only the internal battery can be charged via the USB-C port, which can also be used to transfer photos and videos stored in the 64 GB internal memory to a PC. The device also records audio alongside videos.
The device's thermal sensor features a highly sensitive NETD of 18 mK, making it capable of displaying fine details. The AMOLED display with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels delivers a beautiful, detailed image. Its 50 Hz refresh rate ensures consistently smooth and natural image display.
Its extensively configurable menu offers useful functions for every user, including 7 colour modes, various reticles and PIP mode.
Via Wi-Fi, the device can also be connected to a mobile app, allowing you to view, save and share photos and videos.
