The 82° Series eyepieces from Explore Scientific offer premium quality at a surprisingly low price. The new LER series has a slightly increased eye relief compared to previous models with similar focus.
The 82° field of view gives the observer that much talked about space walk feeling. Thanks to their particularly flat field of view, the stars remain point-like at the edges, so they can be confidently recommended for use in brighter telescopes. The eyepieces have an above-average eye relief, which makes them extremely comfortable to look through.
The unique feature of the eyepieces is their waterproof construction, which makes them particularly resistant to condensation on the inside. The effective anti-reflection coatings on the lens surfaces and the matt black paint on the inner surfaces guarantee excellent contrast and anti-reflection protection. The eyepieces are individually numbered.

Advantage: Óriási, jól korrigált látómező.
Disadvantage: A kiesésgátló nyak megoldása.
F/5-ös newtonban csak kis mértékű a torzítása a széleken.
Barlow lencsével is jól működik.
A 8,8 mm-es ugyanilyen típusú okuláromhoz képest erősebb a látómező görbülete. Ennek mértéke még elfogadható, a szemem tudja korrigálni.
Ez a típusú kiesésgátló nyak nekem nem tetszik. Ha csak egy csavarral rögzítem a kihuzatban, könnyen kimozdul az okulár az optikai tengelyből.

Kiváló tulajdonságokkal bíró eszköz. Hatalmas látómező szinte faltól falig éles, torzítástól mentes. Fényes, tiszta kép jellemzi. A csillagok tűszúrásnyi pontok vele. Imádom!
