The Explore Scientific 82° Series eyepieces offer premium quality at a surprisingly affordable price. Compared to earlier models with similar focal lengths, the new LER series features slightly increased eye relief.
The 82° field of view creates the much-discussed spacewalk experience for the observer. Thanks to their particularly flat field of view, stars remain pinpoint sharp even at the edges, making these eyepieces an excellent choice for use with faster telescopes. The eyepieces offer above-average eye relief, providing outstanding viewing comfort.
A unique feature of these eyepieces is their waterproof construction, making their internal components particularly resistant to fogging. The effective anti-reflection coatings on the lens surfaces, combined with the matte-black finish of the internal surfaces, ensure exceptional contrast and protection against reflections. Each eyepiece is individually serial numbered.
