Lenses with special ED (extra-low dispersion) glass material give a perfectly true-colour image, with no colour aberration to be found in these binoculars, and multiple anti-reflection coatings (fully multicoated) on the lens surfaces. As a result, the image you see through the Delta Chase 10x42 ED is extremely well-defined, sharp and contrasty. It also has the advantage of distortion-free imaging and provides a particularly contrasty and colourful image over the entire magnification range.

The high quality roof prisms are multi-layer coated and made of BAK4 glass. They ensure natural colours and a sharp image. The viewing distance is very long, and the fold-up eyecup allows you to adjust the binoculars to the ideal position with or without glasses, giving you the advantage of being able to look inside comfortably.
