Bresser WiFi 1080P Digital LCD Microscope offers everything expected from a robust mid-range device—and even more. Versatile in use, it is ideal for educational and hobby purposes, as well as for technical applications, inspection, and measurement tasks.
In addition to its large 17.8 cm (7”) LCD display, images can also be viewed on a computer or any television with an HDMI input. The microscope can be operated via WiFi using a tablet or smartphone. The digital microscope head is widely tiltable, allowing multiple users to comfortably view the screen at the same time. Optical magnification is adjustable between 2× and 44×, complemented by a digital zoom ranging from 1× to 16×. The included remote control enables touch-free image capture, preventing any unwanted movement.
The desktop stand provides stable support, ensuring precise focusing even at high magnification. The included 100 mm extension column allows examination of larger objects. The minimum object distance is 20 mm, while the maximum working distance with the stand is 195 mm. Without the stand, the upper limit of use is virtually unrestricted. The device can be powered by the included AC adapter, or optionally with a 18650 battery, making it suitable for fieldwork as well.
The microscope features two types of illumination: for high magnification, LEDs built around the optics provide optimal lighting, while for lower magnification, a flexible gooseneck spot light is available. Brightness is adjustable for both light sources.
Images can be saved to the included 32 GB microSD card, and the device supports cards up to 64 GB. The built-in software offers a wide range of settings, including measurement functions and picture-in-picture mode. The menu can be conveniently operated using the device’s buttons or the included mouse.
