The Poly Guard Wolf SG520 game camera is probably the best value in the Hungarian menu, with the ability to record sound alongside the moving image.
As with most modern game cameras, this model is also armed by a passive infrared sensor (PIR)to detect any human or animal movement. The PIR sensor has multiple levels of sensitivity. The built-in infrared sensor, invisible to human and animal eyes, has a range of up to 15 meters but can be set to less, further reducing power consumption.
During the day, it captures colour images and video, while at night and in low visibility conditions, its built-in infrared LED (940 nm) captures black and white images. Images are captured by the device's 5 megapixel CMOS sensor, which can produce up to 24 megapixels of footage. As mentioned in the introduction, the camera also offers audio recording in addition to Full HD video, but this can of course be turned off from the menu. Recordings are saved to an SD card (not included), which can hold up to 32 GB.
Images can be viewed on the spot via the 1.44-inch display or transferred to another device via USB cable for later analysis.

The easy-to-follow English menu system makes setting up the camera a breeze. Activated extremely quickly, it takes 0.7 seconds to take a picture or start a video after motion detection. The waterproof housing also protects against dust and features strap-on, mount or standard 1/4-inch photo tripod mount options.
