The Armytek Wizard C2 Magnet USB WR rechargeable pocket and headlamp is a special member of the Wizard series, a multifunctional flashlight with adjustable white and red light modes and serious performance. It is an excellent choice for field work, hiking, fishing, hunting, and even as an astronomy observation light. Thanks to the included headband and easily removable belt clip, the lamp can be attached to various parts of the body. Its flat base also allows it to be placed on horizontal surfaces, while its magnetic base lets it attach to steel surfaces, keeping both hands free. Thanks to the latest development, runtime has increased significantly: at maximum output, the predecessor's 1-hour maximum runtime has been extended to 2.5 hours on the new model, while at the lowest output setting (in red mode), runtime has increased from 15 days to 2 months.
Two types of LEDs are required for the two colours: 2 x XD16 (white) + 2 x XQE (red). The high-performance 1100-lumen LED provides maximum output to illuminate the surroundings up to 98 m away, while its 230-lumen red light reaches up to 41 m. Its TIR optics can provide a narrower 70° spot beam while its wider 120° beam angle keeps the broader surroundings visible without the distracting "tunnel vision effect". The lamp is powered by one included 18650 Li-ion battery. The battery is charged via standard USB using the included magnetic charging platform.
The rugged construction and thoughtful design make this lamp extremely durable: according to the manufacturer, it can withstand drops from heights of up to 10 metres. The highest IP68-rated dust and water protection ensures that the lamp can withstand immersion at depths of up to 10 m for up to 2 hours without damage.
The outstanding ergonomics of the Armytek Wizard C2 Magnet USB WR headlamp are ensured by its two-piece headband made of non-slip material, which stays securely in place even during sports activities. The multicolour status indicator clearly shows the battery level and also warns of overheating.
